Sequencing capabilities

Sequencing is performed at CLIA-certified partner laboratories under Renovatio Genomics’ direction, including platform selection, sample chain-of-custody management, and all downstream bioinformatic, statistical, and causal interpretation conducted in-house.

  • Whole Genome Sequencing

    Comprehensive sequencing of the entire genome, including coding and non-coding regions and structural variants. This provides unbiased, genome-wide variant detection and mutational signatures without the selection bias of targeted approaches.

  • Whole Exome Sequencing

    Targeted analysis of the protein-coding regions of the genome. Indicated where the causation question is focused on coding variants and where deeper coverage of those regions is preferred.

  • Transcriptome (RNA) Sequencing

    Transcriptomic profiling (RNA-seq) measures genome-wide gene expression to characterize the biological response to a candidate exposure.

  • Epigenetic Sequencing

    Methylation-aware and chromatin-accessibility sequencing for matters where regulatory and epigenetic signals are central to the scientific question.
